Victorian Scottish Agate Silver Brooch, C. 1860

Description

A beautiful Victorian silver and agate Scottish brooch. Made in Scotland around 1860, probably in Edinburgh, it is unmarked which is usual with these types of jewellery. It is in excellent condition with 8 large dark moss agates and 8 smaller grey Montrose agates. It has a tight "C" style clasp on the back and crisp engraving between the agates. Would make an excellent gift.
