This fine cabinet by brady of edmonton has twenty superb drawers, all with tightly fitting glazed frame tops to protect and display the contents.

Brady is considered by many to be the finest entomological cabinet maker of the 19th and early 20th century. He is reputed to have made cabinets for those he favoured rather than those necessarily with the deepest pockets. This is an excellent example of his very best works.

All in solid finely figured mahogany this cabinet was originally purposed as a butterfly collectors cabinet but would lend itself to many other collecting pursuits.

The door has it's original glass panel and the cabinet stands on turned mahogany bun feet. All the drawers are lined and ready to be put to use and show brady's unique dove tail wedge covers to the front cells.

A superb cabinet destined for the connoisseur.
