Made in the Art Deco era, this splendid solid sterling silver letter opener has a handle featuring a handsome Fox's head, always highly sought-after.

What makes this particularly collectable is that it is a period piece, nearly 100 years old and made by the top notch silversmith's, Asprey of London, fully hallmarked for Chester 1928 and signed on the underside.

Excellent condition measuring 5" in length x 1/2" wide x 3/8" deep.
