The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the loop. The case is gold plated and was made by the Birmingham based case maker Aaron Dennison. Dennisons made cases for various watch makers. The case has a couple of loop indentations to the back and minor marking but overall it is in good condition.

The acrylic lens is in nice condition.
The signed dial is in super condition with original blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
Schwob Frères and Tavannes registered many brand names, Stayte being just one of them.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
