CONDITION REPORT:
In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches to the stained pine at the front, sides and interior (pictured), also further stains and scratches to the shelves (pictured). There is damage and a replacement to two of the drawer handles (pictured), however the drawers are still able to open. The stained pine solicitors cupboard remains structurally solid and sound. Please note, this item is in one piece. Overall, a rustic example.
