An Exhibition Quality Antique Inlaid Serpentine Display Cabinet by Edwards and Roberts of London

Description

An exhibition quality antique inlaid serpentine display cabinet by Edwards and Roberts of London. Constructed in the finest fiddleback mahogany throughout. The upper section having a broken swan neck pediment above an inlaid and pen-work marquetry frieze, with a central glazed bow front door, flanked by concave glazed panels which open to reveal a silk lined and shelved interior. The lower section also of serpentine outline with a central frieze drawer above panelled doors with classical inlaid and pen-work detail which is repeated on the end panels. Raised on square tapering supports. In stunning condition and fantastic colour and finish. English circa 1900-1910 labelled Edwards & Roberts, London.

Dimensions: 88" high x 48" wide x 18" deep
