A beautiful lidded heart shaped box with a plethora of repousse decoration and a quatrefoil in the centre of dome topped lid.

The interior is blessed with an opulent gilded finish. The box and lid are hallmarked for London 1887 together with the highly desirable Queen Victoria's duty mark. The makers initials is also present F.B.T under a fleur-de-lys for Francis Boone Thomas.

Superb condition, measuring 2 1/4" x 2" x 1 3/8" tall.
