Antique Waltham Ensign pocket watch & box, 1902.

The watch has a stem-winding movement, Ensign grade, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 11149930 which dates it back to 1902. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has some wear to the plated finish.

The watch measures 48.8mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and is stamped Comrade. The case is in nice condition with only minor marking from use.

The glass lens is in nice condition.

The signed dial has a very faint hairline crack between 11 & 12 although only noticeable through a jewellers loupe.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.

The watch comes in an antique presentation box possibly the original.
