Antique Burr Walnut Bow Front Cabinet

1900 - 1920
Description

A spectacular antique walnut bow fronted cabinet of the highest order. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1920’s period.

The quality is outstanding, this has incredibly beautiful burr walnut grain patterns and crisp carving throughout. It sits on lovely cabriole legs with acanthus leaf carving at the knees, terminating in claw and call feet. The bottom edge is beautifully shaped and the top edge is nicely cross banded. There is generous storage space inside with a single removable shelf.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.

Depth – 21 inches , 53 cm

Height – 38 inches , 95 cm
