Pair of Antique Welsh Oak Fireside Chairs

An attractive pair of early 19th century antique Welsh oak fireside chairs. The Welsh oak fireside chairs both have decorative bar and rail backrests, with solid oak seats. The antique oak fireside chairs are both raised on square shaped legs with straight stretcher supports. The antique chairs are slightly different in size and style, however they create a brilliant pair. Dimensions will be of the largest chair. Brilliant patina throughout.

Height – 85cm / Width – 47.5cm / Depth – 43cm / Seat Height - 41.5cm

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related scratches and fading to the seats and backrests (pictured), further marks and wear to the legs. There is evidence of historic woodworm, however this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. The antique Welsh oak fireside chairs remain structurally solid and sound. Overall, a rather lovely pair of antique chairs.

In case of return, items must be received back in the same condition as delivered and a collection fee of £85 will apply, this would be deducted from any refund amount.
