Description

A lovely antique Chippendale Style low footstool in mahogany. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1880-1900 period & is full of character.

It is of excellent quality, with a beautifully shaped edge and a drop in seat that would be easy to re-cover if desired. It has a low and long profile, sitting on finely carved claw and ball feet.

We have had this re-polished and the seat has been re-upholstered in a cream cotton fabric; the condition is excellent for its age.
