The solid silver tankard with a domed cover, spreading to a ogee and ringed rim.
The baluster shaped body with a reeded banding, the body tapering into a waisted socle, spreading outward to the ogee and reeded ring foot. The tankard with a scrolling handle, finished with a heart shaped terminal.
The tankard hallmarked to the cover and body for JOHN KING, LONDON 1777.
