Toddy lifter with plain neck ring English c1830.
 
Condition: Very good condition.
 
Rim: 3.2 cm.
 
Base: 3.5 cm.
 
Note: A toddy lifter is a hollow vessel used when transferring punch from a bowl to a glass. The bulbous end was dipped into the punch-bowl until the object filled, when a thumb closed the opposite end until the punch was released into the glass.
