Description

An 18th Century Delft Charger.

The charger with a scalloped rim surrounding a lattice and leaf decorated background, over which lay reserves filled with flowers and leaves, interspersed with oriental scrolling orbs. The centre of the charger likewise decorated and enclosing a central flower filled rondel. The rear of the charger with flower dot decoration and a small foot rim, with makers mark, Petrus Marum?

Date circa 1750.
