The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has some scratching and marking.
The watch measures 61mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is nickel.

The glass lens is in good condition.
The dial is the real star of this piece with an image of a French naval sailing ship image surrounded by Roman numerals in amber coloured enamel discs. The dial is in good condition, just a couple of hairlines to the edge of the dial, hidden by the bezel, and a very faint hairline on the subsidiary seconds dial.
Ornate pin-set hands.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
