A good early example of an English Georgian III Period well figured flame mahogany tea caddy of rectangular outline,

with hinged lid and original brass swan neck handle, the front retaining the bone escutcheon and the whole raised on ogee bracket feet. Condition: Very good with untouched patina, the interior partitions have been removed to allow use as a storage box. Dimensions:- Height…6.5’’/ 16.5cm. Width…10.25’’/ 26cm. Depth…5.75’’/ 14.5cm.
