Windsor Lath Back Elm Rocking Chair - Victorian c1890

This Rocking Windsor Lath Back Country Chair is in stunning order and displays the grain of the Elm wonderfully.

This piece has been well treated for it's whole life and the chair is rock solid. The high back looks natural and creates a chair which is very welcoming, both aesthetically and in terms of comfort.

The piece is supported upon nicely turned legs unified with an ultra sturdy double H-stretcher. These in turn ride upon gently sweeping rockers which provide a pleasing action.

This chair will make a lovely addition to any setting.
