Hingstons of Wilton has dated this piece to the Regency era.
This Regency mahogany library chair was made circa 1820.
Once this was done, we then handed it to our specialist (who worked on the British Royal collection) who then started on the laborious and skilled work by hand of building the colour to give it olive-green leather and then again built up to our antique finish, that then compliments the wonderful frame.

It is tub shaped with the elegant mahogany frame, with the turned open arm supports that runs down the ring turned front leg and original brass cup castors.
Imagine relaxing into this wonderful library chair, that could also be used behind a desk.
