The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a Swiss stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement has the logo for the Coventry watch maker Rotherham & Sons. After the second World War, Rotherhams started importing movements from Switzerland. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the gold plated Star model from the Birmingham watch case maker Dennisons. It is in good condition, just one small bruise to the side.
The acrylic lens is in good condition.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
