1959 Longines Conquest Automatic with Box & Papers

1940 - 1960
Description

A 1959 Longines Conquest Automatic wristwatch. A stainless steel case with thick lugs and a screw down case back. Original Longines winding crown. The case back shows the 'fish in seaweed' insignia to the centre, with the majority of the original geen enamel work showing. A silvered two tone dial with a high shine hour track and a matte finish to the rest. Applied gilt batons, differing at the quarters. A 19 jewel caliber 18AS automatic mechanism. Case ref 9000 11 222. This watch comes complete with its original box and paperwork, dated to 1959.
