Antique Victorian Mahogany Chest of Drawers

Description

A large and very well made antique Victorian period chest of drawers in mahogany. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1860-1880’s.

The quality is fantastic, this is a well designed and very useful item with lots of storage space. The lower drawer is built into the plinth base, so is extra deep. The mahogany has a gorgeous colour tone and wonderful grain patterns.

We have recently had this re-polished, the condition is very good for its age. There are various small marks and bumps here and there remaining beneath the polish, commensurate for age.
