A fabulous quality antique silver plated double inkstand. Standing on a cast base of swirls. It has two prongs either side as a pen rest. An elaborate body with a central taper stick holder. Two original turquoise glass inkwells with hinged lids. c.1870 British made with a makers mark for Elkington & Company stamped on the pen holder front. Sold in original silver plate with minimal wear.
