Webberley Antiques has dated this piece to the Georgian era.

Complete and original, the cabinet is very heavy and retains its original oak backboards.

It is quite unusual to find a full height display cabinet retaining its original glass and of attractive and fairly small proportions. A later pine batten has been attached to the top of the back boards on one side with brass brackets so that the cabinet can easily be secured to a wall. This can be removed if not required.

A lovely fine piece of early mahogany furniture in excellent condition for age.
Dimensions are:
76.5 inches tall, 29 inches wide and 20.25 inches if you measure each side.
From centre of the front to the back corner is 16 inches.

Height above each fixed shelf is: top – 11 inches, then all are 10 inches, with 11 inches between bottom board and shelf above. There are a few more inches in height above the top shelf but I have given the measurement for visible space.
For metric please multiply by 2.5
