A Stunning Victorian Silver Plated & Glass Claret Jug

Description

A stunning silver plated cut glass claret jug. The mount is in understated modernist style and has a hinged lid with a shell thumb grip. The baluster shaped glass body is beautifully cut with anthemis flowers, leaves and stems and has a multi point star cut to the base. A most attractive, practical example and a great gift idea. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent, with no chips or cracks to the glass. The plating is in excellent condition and there are no dents or splits to the mount.

Diameter :- 12.5 cms. (widest point).

Diameter of base :- 8 cms.
