Description

Antique gold plated Visible pocket watch.

The watch has a 17-jewel stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed Visible, and it has the number 51589 which implies a brevet or patent number but there is no published record of such a patent. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has a little unevenness and minor scratching.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and it was made by the Dennison Watch Case Company, a prolific case manufacturer based in Birmingham. The case is in lovely condition.

The glass lens is in lovely condition.

The dial is in super condition with original hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
