An Edwardian q good quality brass letter or paper desk rack c1900. It stands on a weighty and smooth plate of brass, supported by four ball feet. The front and back panels replicate the elegant symmetrical classical designs so popular in the Edwardian era. Each side column of the panels is decorated with a central vertical harebell swag. The use of harebells in design was typical in the Edwardian era and helps date the object. In beautiful condition.
