Description

Gents Tissot wrist watch, 1958.

The watch has a fully signed 16-jewel hand-winding movement, calibre 27.B-21, which is working nicely. This movement was in production from 1951 until 1960 and the serial number on this one, 4,248,376, dates it back to 1958.

The watch measures 34mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is chrome plated while the case back is stainless steel. There is some marking to the case, especially to the back of the watch. The winding crown and the inner case back are both signed Tissot.

The lens is in good condition.

The signed dial has cross hair detail, original hands and a centre seconds sweep.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
