Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 1800s.
The shoulders spreading in slice cut flutes to a hobnail cut banding, and thence the body, with a fine fluted band, looking toward a broad band of fluting rising from the circular base. The underside with a polished pontil base.
Date circa 1800.
