Bronze sculpture of ‘Blind Justice’ by Hermann Eichberg, signed and dated ‘Eichberg 91’ (1891). Nicely detailed, modelled as a semi nude female figure, blindfolded, holding an ornate sword in one hand and the scales of justice in the other (now lacking). Mounted on dark marble base.
Very good condition overall, nice even patina, minor age related wear, some minor chips to the marble. It is common for the scales to be lacking. This model was also sold as a hood ornament.
