Fine Scottish horn powder horn with pewter lid stamped inside lid DURIE for Peter Durie of Aberdeen (active c1800-38) and pewter tail with thistle. All in superb un-touched original condition with no damage. Lovely colour and patina to horn. (bear a couple of collection inventory numbers inside lid).

Size; 14" long, 3" diameter lid.
