Antique Victorian Mahogany Desk

Description

An extremely well made and great looking antique Victorian desk in Mahogany. This was made in England, it dates from around 1840-1850.

The quality is outstanding, this sits on finely turned fluted legs and has some intricate carving throughout. The inset leather top is hand coloured and gold tooled, the legs sit on original porcelain casters and this has a polished back, so can be used as a free standing item.

We have recently had this re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.

Depth – 24 inches , 61 cm

Height – 30 inches , 76 cm

Knee height – 24 inches , 61 cm
