A very impressive late Regency marble topped console table. Constructed from beautifully figured rosewood with gilded highlights. The marble top sits on a cushion moulded frieze with gilded beading and supported on superb acanthus carved cabriole legs with scroll feet to the front. The back having flat upright supports with further gilded beading and the whole is raised on a concave shaped base with gilded gadrooned edge. Condition- Very good with a minor couple of old stains to the marble. Dimensions:- Height…36’’/ 99cm. Width…70.5’’/ 179cm. Depth…15.5’’/ 39.5cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £85.
