Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
The glass bowl with a rounded top, straight sided rim, finished with a ring banding, above the body, finished to the lower edge with likewise a ring banding, before the body gently curves into a waisted socle, spreading to a circular foot, resting on a circular plinth with rounded edges. The underside with a polished pontil base.
Date circa 1850.
