Early 20th Century Painted Italian Cupboard

1900 - 1920
Description

This is a very attractive early 20th century painted Italian cupboard. Well made and full of character and charm. The faded pale blue paint is stunning and makes this hugely decorative for a large number of interiors. It has a lovely dark painted interior that really works well with the piece. The cupboard has adjustable shelves throughout and the pull down front reveals a small writing shelf which is a great detail. The best thing about this piece for me though is the four (possibly more) hidden compartments. Hidden behind drawers and in base plates. It is something I have never seen before. The whole design is gorgeous and it really will be a talking point in any room. Comes with keys and all locks work
