This stylish vintage silver plated water jug which dates from the first half of the 20th century is made by top silversmith Mappin & Webb.

This handsome pitcher is a good size & weight, has a beautiful dimple decoration to the body, large side handle and is marked to the underside with the maker's mark.

A nice quality jug that is in beautiful condition so would make a wonderful home bar accessory.

Material: Silver plate.

Date: First half of 20th century.

Maker: Mappin & Webb Ltd.

Marks: Mappin & Webb. London & Sheffield. Mappin Plate.

Dimensions: Width including handle: 22 cm (8 3/4"). Width: 16 cm (6 1/4"). Height: 20 cm (8").

Condition: Excellent used antique / vintage condition with only very light signs of use in keeping with age. Silver plate is in excellent condition. Inside is in good clean condition. Please see pictures.
