A Good Set of Six George II Period Mahogany Dining Chairs

Description

A good set of six George II Period mahogany dining chairs. Each constructed in the finest Cuban mahogany and having a shaped top rail with lovely scroll work carvings, above a pierced vase shaped splat. Having shaped uprights, drop in seats and square supports, united by stretchers. English circa 1750-1760, in totally original condition, wonderful colour and patination. The drop in velvet seats in usable condition but could be reupholstered for around £200 if the fabric is supplied.
