An 18th Century Oak Rent Box

Description

An 18th Century Oak Rent Box of through dove-tailed jointed construction.

The rectangular lid with applied edge moulding on iron strap hinges.

Fitted with three iron locks; one to the front and one each side with pierced brass escutcheons and gilt brass swing handles on winged back plated to the sides.

The interior fitted with a till above three small drawers to one end.

Standing on low bracket feet.

Dimensions are - 11" (28 cm) high, 22" (56 cm) wide, 11½" (29 cm) deep.

Delivery is a pleasure and included in the asking price.
