~~ Excellent condition, fully overhauled ~~
A large and stunning original antique French clock. It is Louis XV in style, mounted with exquisite Sevres style porcelain with a cream ground. Below the dial is a panel depicting a couple strolling in a country setting. To the top is a gadrooned urn, delicately painted with floral garlands.

The dial is porcelain and is finely painted with an image of a cherub with a basket of flowers. It is complete with original blued steel hands and convex glass.
The French movement is of high quality and is by A. D. Mougin. It is in excellent clean and running condition having been fully overhauled by our clockmaker. Pendulum is original. It runs for 8 days and strikes the hours and halves on a bell. We have a video of the clock, please ask and we will send you a link.
Porcelain is very good with just some wear to the over-glaze gilt decoration. .
