Description

Asprey silver compact, London 1946.

Ribbed decoration to front and back, opens and shuts well, gilded interior original mirror and gauze.

Good heavy quality.

Marked to the bottom and top. The bottom has marks for Asprey and also for Asprey London.

Very good condition commensurate with age and use, the gilt interior is in extremely good condition and the gauze has no wholes. There is minor damage to one corner, hardly noticeable but mentioned for accuracy.
