Description

The regular red green procession of medallions up the midnight blue field is quite unusual for normally there is but one or two green medallions in these lovely old Heriz area runners. Here they've woven every second one using one of the most beautiful colours in a rug- mottled green. Many tiny yellow flecked abrashes subtly run through the green, improving the tonality and appearance of the colour. Showing heavy wear fairly evenly, this is nevertheless a very strong rug with plenty of life left in it. Using an underlay will greatly prolong its life, which I can supply for a modest fee.
