Antique 19th Century French Walnut Armoire C1880

Antique 19TH Century French Walnut Armoire and dating from around 1880. Constructed from quality walnut it has a moulded cornice top with deep cross banded frieze with carved floret to each end. This is above two full length bevelled mirrored doors with brass escutcheon. Internally it is all hanging and with a single adjustable shelf. To each side there is a turned and fluted column and it is raised on turned legs joined by a shaped frieze drawer with floral carving to the centre. A superb Armoire that completely dismantles for ease of transporting.

With a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
