Regency Rosewood Harpist's Chair Circa 1820

Description

Fine quality Regency solid rosewood adjustable harpist's or music chair with plain curved splat back and raised on four finely turned and carved kick out legs united with cross stretcher. The revolving seat allows for adjustment up of about 8". All in superb un-touched original condition with no breaks or repairs. Lovely rich colour with great waxed patina.

Size; 35" high, 14" diameter seat. seat 18" high closed.
