A late Victorian silver lidded box with clear hallmarks for Birmingham 1901 and makers mark for W G Keight & Co. The box has a cylindrical form with a hinged lid. It is embossed with an all over foliage and scroll design, with pie crust edging on the lid and base. The lid has a vacant shield. The interior is gilt lined. The box would have been used for personal valuable such as jewellery, rings or coins. In excellent condition.
