Description

A beautifully carved Moorish or Islamic coffee table with brass inlay dating from circa 1910. Featuring a hexagonal shaped top above a leaf carved folding base. This table is solid and sturdy with all the intricate and finely carved panels intact, there are just two sections of brass inlay missing to the top. With good original patina, the table is a good size measuring 47 cm high by 45 cm in diameter. The top comes off and the base folds away making it perfect as an occasional table. Tables like these were retailed by Liberty and co in their Eastern Bazzar department circa 1900s.
