Description

An exceptional pair of early Victorian cut lead crystal glass lustres c1860. The condition of them is excellent. The crystal drops are intact and original. There are eight on each lustre. The stem is quite wide allowing for a candle (as shown) or a floral display, making them suitable for winter and summer. The stem is cut with long teardrop shapes, the base is solid and star cut. The sconces are notched in an octagon to match the right drops. Rare to find a pair in such good original condition.
