The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The movement is signed Majestic Watch Co.
The movement was made by the Swiss movement manufacturer Fabrique d'Horlogerie Thommen and then sent to Wittnauer & Co who assembled this watch, and sold it under the brand name Majestic Watch Co. This brand name was registered by Wittnauer in 1927.

The watch measures 45mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the loop. The case was bought in from the American case maker Wadsworth and it is 14ct gold filled. It is in good condition, just general light surface marks but nothing too serious.

The acrylic lens is in lovely condition.
The dial is signed Fairchild (probably the original retailer) Majestic. The dial is in its original finish with original hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
