Wine Bottle Holder

1900 - 1920
Description

This nice quality silver plated wine bottle holder which dates from c1900 is by renowned maker William Hutton & Sons.

This quality piece has a circular base which is marked with the maker's mark to the underside and fastens to the rear to hold the bottle in place.

The bottle pourer holds a standard bottle of wine (holds a wine or Champagne bottle with a bottom diameter of 9.2 cm max) and is a stylish way to serve wine from the bottle.

Marked: WH & S B P. Cross Arrows. Hard Soldered. 11177.

Dimensions: 14 cm (5 1/2") x 10 cm (4") Width. 26.5 cm (10 1/2") Height.

Condition: Excellent antique condition with only very light signs of use in keeping with age.

Please note that only the bottle holder is included and any other items in the pictures are for display only.
