The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement, a nice quality Swiss movement signed Orta, which is working well.

The watch itself measures 48mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and has London import marks for 1913 with the importers mark for George Stockwell. The case has an engine turned back with a vacant cartouche. The case has surface marking from use and and a few mild bruises mainly to the back but overall it is in nice condition for a 1913 piece.
The glass lens is in nice condition.
The white enamel dial is in nice condition.
The watch has its original blued steel hands
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
