Antique 18th Century Country Joined Oak Press and dating from the time of George 111 c1780. Co strutted fro. Quality oak it has a flared cornice top and cross banded frieze over two shaped and moulded panelled doors with original oak handles and ivoreen escutcheons. Internally it is all hanging. Thee base is moulded to the top with two false short drawer fronts over two long drawers which are oak lined with original turned oak knob handles. It is moulded to the base and is raised on original legs. The sides are panelled and it is hand and peg joined . The top removes from the base for ease of transporting.

MEASURES: 76.5” HIGH X 21.5” DEEP X 51” WIDE & INTERNAL DEPTH 18.5”

With a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
