Description

A lovely antique pitch pine storage cupboard with a shelved interior dating from the early 20th Century. The doors are panelled and it sits on a simple plinth base. It has two turned wooden knobs and it comes with a working key. It has good narrow proportions and would make a great larder cupboard or linen cupboard.

It was likely originally used in a school and there are some old ink stains on some of the internal shelves.

It is in good condition for its age and the pine is a lovely warm colour. It has been cleaned and given a smooth waxed finish, retaining its lovely aged patina. There are of course signs of age and use, some old knocks and marks here and there but nothing untoward or detrimental. It displays very nicely and is ready for use.
